Bo Lee is a multidisciplinary artist whose practice spans video, installation, sculpture, and conceptual image-making. Working across the boundaries of cinema, contemporary art, and personal archive, his work explores memory, displacement, family, and the emotional resonance embedded within everyday environments.

Rooted in long-term observation, Lee’s works examine the quiet tensions of contemporary life. Influenced as much by experimental cinema and video art as by visual culture and autobiographical memory, his practice resists fixed categorization.

Over the past two decades, Lee has independently developed an extensive catalog of works, cultivating an evolving artistic voice grounded in persistence, experimentation, and self-directed inquiry. His work reflects an ongoing interest in how individuals construct meaning within systems of family, capitalism, migration, and cultural expectation.

Lee lives and works in New Jersey, USA and Paju, South Korea.
